**We're Hiring: PR Assistants (Hybrid - Remote + Events | $25/hr Contract Role)**

Calling all detail lovers, go-getters, and creative thinkers — Stefsea Co. is expanding our PR team, and we’re looking for **PR Assistants** who are down to build something big with us from the ground up.

We’re a **startup PR & media house** that’s all about visibility, vibe, and real results. We work with rising brands and bold creatives across beauty, wellness, personal branding, tech, entertainment, and more.

This is the perfect role for someone who’s organized, socially savvy, and hungry to learn. (And yes, it’s fun over here)

**ROLE: PR Assistant**
- **Hybrid** - Mostly remote, with occasional **in-person events or team meetups** (depending on location)
- Flexible hours | ~1-25 hrs/month (can grow)
- Reports to PR Agent(s) and Founders
- Real opportunity to grow into a bigger role over time

**You're the Right Fit If You**:

- Are highly organized and love making a checklists disappear
- Enjoy research, writing, and helping brands look their best
- Communicate clearly and quickly
- Have a little creative flair (Canva? Social media? Aesthetic eye? We love that.)
- Want to get your foot in the door with PR, media, and branding
- Are a good Team Player
- Are down to be part of a startup where your ideas _actually matter_

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Helping draft and send media pitches
- Researching press contacts, podcasts, and influencer fits
- Organizing media lists and tracking placements
- Creating Media Kits
- Assisting with monthly client reports + timelines
- Sitting in on client strategy calls (note-taking, follow-up)
- Supporting PR campaigns, events, and brand features
- Occasionally helping with radio/magazine production tasks

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Are familiar with TikTok trends, podcasts, or niche blogs
- Can write clearly and quickly
- Are passionate about one or more of our core niches:
