We are looking for a **Pre-Qualification Specialist** who will be responsible for initiating and prequalifying financing opportunities for our team of brokers. This role is at the heart of our customer acquisition process.

Your work represents the very first step in the client journey. By effectively assessing the client’s needs and financial situation, you allow our brokers to focus on high-quality opportunities, increasing both conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Initiate first calls (warm calls) to validate client interest
- Identify the client’s needs and requirements regarding vehicle type, budget, financing and trade-in by asking relevant questions
- Gather information related to the client’s financial situation
- Perform credit prequalification
- Document each client interaction accurately in the CRM to ensure optimal follow-up

**Required Profile**
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar call-center or BDC role
- Experience in the automotive industry or automotive financing (an asset)
- Knowledge of CRM tools (an asset)
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written
- French or Spanish proficiency (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomy

- Strong professional ethics

**Schedule**
- Full-time position
- 9:00-5:00
