Job Description:
Are you passionate about helping individuals with communication disorders improve their quality of life? Endless Abilities Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Communicative Disorders Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with speech and language difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CASLPO).
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions to clients with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, teachers, and caregivers to implement treatment strategies and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, progress notes, and documentation.
- Assist in creating and implementing therapy materials and resources.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of communicative disorders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or a related field.
- Certification as a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) or equivalent.
- Member of the CDAAC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help individuals with communication disorders.
- Proficiency with relevant software and technology.
