We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to be responsible for providing fast and efficient order entry and simple quotation handling for Sales. A valuable resource who maintains clarity, frequency, and accuracy in all that they do. Ensures systematic and conscientious customer service. Acting as main liaison between internal and external customers to ensure that all aspects of the quote and order are completed in a timely, accurate manner. Integral part of the Sales team responsible for Orders and simple quotations. Is a manager of our customer's final perception of Endress+Hauser Canada Ltd, with a focus on an exceptional Customer Experience.

**What is the role about?**

Are you able to process order entries quickly and efficiently? In this role you should process the orders with high degree of accuracy.

Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and business growth? This position is for you You will help identify substantial growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Which tasks will you perform?**
- Order entry with speed, efficiency, and high degree of accuracy
- Preparation of simple quotation
- Ensure accuracy and correctness of incoming PO's
- Direct handling of Customers Orders and Channel Partners Orders
- Maintaining Customer master accounts
- Objective of reducing unclean orders to below 2% on a consistent basis
- Fielding of Customer inquiries when received
- Main point of contact for Inside Sales, Logistics, Accounting, Service, and Marketing regarding orders
- Ensures all appropriate procedures are followed in accordance with the One BPM Process and ISO 9001 guidelines
- Any other duties as assigned

**What do we expect from you?**
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in administration
- Minimum 2-3 years of data entry experience required
- Experience with SAP platform
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Working knowledge of Computer Processing Software (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
