**FIELD MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns after conducting industry research and based on discussions with management and the sales team.
- Promote company brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face daily interactions with existing and prospective clients.
- Foster human relationships through communication and the distribution of marketing collateral in order to drive lead generation and new business opportunities.
- Develop robust knowledge and understanding of all services offered.
- Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used for field marketing campaigns and events.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners and strategise collaboration on promotional materials, displays and events.
- Attend relevant trade shows and events.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns.
- Track marketing efforts and expenses in an organised manner.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting on the status of field marketing activities.
- Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.

- A highly energetic, motivated, self-starter who is driven and goal-oriented to exceed marketing goals.
- Passionate, confident, and professional demeanour while representing the company during interactions with clients and partners.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills.
- Abil to follow established systems and daily instructions, while working independently.
- Creative thinker with flexibility and problem solving ability.
- Coachable and eager to learn new marketing skills and adapt as needed.
- Basic computer and technological proficiency, prior experience with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, HubSpot will be helpful.
