- Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products.

- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Physical ability and reliability to show up to all shifts and work sites to complete all cleaning tasks.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Personal vehicle is required for this position with valid insurance and registration.
