**Job Title**:Technical Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely service, repairs, and estimates either on-site or remotely
- Assist with installations and training sessions
- Contribute to training schools to enhance product knowledge
- Prepare necessary reports as directed by the technical manager
- Conduct account management visits to ensure equipment efficiency
- Respond to urgent service requests promptly
- Catalog and maintain demonstration equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Assist other departments and perform miscellaneous tasks as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Mechanical knowledge, preferably gained through work-related experience. Electrical a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new products
- Proficiency in working safely with hand and power tools
- Willingness and ability to travel locally as required (valid driver's license and passport).
- Ability to travel internationally a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in French as an asset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding punctuality and reliability
- Team-driven work ethic with a mission to serve and a sense of urgency
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management

**Education and Training**:

- High school diploma or general education diploma

**Working Environment and Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to solvents, paints, and some hazardous materials
- Comfortable working with machines and utilizing hand/power tools on a daily basis
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment when necessary
