**Location**: Tall Tree Physiotherapy & Health Centre - 956 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, B.C.

**Type**:Independent Contractor

**Hours**: Part-time (2 days per week)

**BASIC PURPOSE**

As a Kinesiologist registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) you are a vital part of the Tall Tree team. You are responsible for providing assessment and treatment services to clients with a variety of presenting concerns including physical health conditions, persistent pain, concussion, and chronic medical conditions. Clinical services are available by telehealth and in-person from the clinic and community settings.

**Essential Functions**:

- Conducting kinesiology assessments and interventions for presenting concerns of clients seen through Tall Tree and/or other clients referred to Tall Tree directly for kinesiology services in clinic and community settings.
- Working as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, which may include engaging in consultation with other clinicians on the team.
- Maintaining related reports, records, and statistical data in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Staying current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
- Any additional duties as may be mutually agreed upon.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science.
- A practicing member in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.
- Valid First Aid and CPR C Certification.
- Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills for clinical reports.
- Interest and passion for working within an interdisciplinary team, collaborating and engaging with a diverse range of professionals, and contributing to an exceptional work environment are a must.
