- Support customers;
- Proactively maintain storage systems for optimal performance, ensuring scalability, security and stability;
- Participate in troubleshooting alerts, errors, incidents and problems;
- Analyze complex issues, determine causes and follow up on system problems during critical incidents, and ensure resolution;
- Propose solutions to new problems encountered and sometimes accept proposals from other team members;
- Respond to requests for services and projects that require storage expertise;
- Take charge of the day-to-day administration of a storage environment;
- Participate in the evaluation of new requirements, define and design solutions, implement technical standards;
- Ensure communication with third parties and suppliers when necessary;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily scrum, planning, retro, demo, etc.);
- Develop and maintain documentation for the Storage Operations team;
- Interact positively with colleagues even under stress (one team).

- Does this sound like you?
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a large and complex environment;
- Knowledge of:

- Brocade SANs and SANav tools;
- Hitachi storage units (VSP, HNAS, HCP);
- Pure Storage (FlashArray);
- Netapp Ontap Cluster (FAS, AFF, ActiveIQ Unified Manager, SnapMirror).
- Cooperation, customer and action orientation, ability to drive innovation;
- Complexity management, mastery of technology, planning and coordination;
- At all times, prioritization of the quality of work well done;
- Ability to work in a large, critical and complex storage environment;
- Languages required:

- French: 4/4
- English: 3/4
