**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Human Resources Officer, the responsibilities of the Information Technology Administrator will include, but not limited to, the following:

- Analyzing and resolving computer problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of workstation hardware, software and peripheral devices
- Administering hardware and software upgrades
- Ensuring asset management, including maintenance of a hardware and software inventory and related documentation with technical specifications information
- Scheduling and performing upgrades and repairs
- Acting as a liaison with the Coordinator of Technology on all IT procurement matters
- Participating in the development of policies and procedures related to IT and ensuring they are being effectively followed
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- 3 -5 years technical experience in a Windows/MAC computing environment to include:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in desktop support
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory (Domain trust, site and services, group policy)
- Experience working with Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
- Ability to speak French will be considered an asset
- Be a self-starter; able to work independently while being part of a team
- Be a strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical end users
- Demonstrated professionalism, tact and sound judgment
- Be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
