At MCA, we take pride in being a leading Canadian Merchandising Company, providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada. Our diverse range of services includes Merchandising, Sales, Price Collection, Retail Audits, Retail Store Renovations, and so much more.

**Wage**: $22 to $24 per hour
**Hours**:40 hours per week
**Duration**:Mid January 2025 to June 30th, 2025. (Possibility for extension).

**Benefits**: Vacation Pay + Travel Allowance

- Setting up attractive product displays and arranging products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
- Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client's quality and branding standards.
- Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
- Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company's clients.
- Keeping all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
- Forming and maintaining strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company, and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.

**Our Ideal Partner**:

- Has previous Merchandising experience and the ability to work physically.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with our consumers and customers.
- Has previous selling or customer-service experience.
- Shows exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a self-starter mindset, high initiative, and adaptability.
- Is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Can work independently with strong decision-making ability and prioritization skills.
- Has the ability to influence, sell, and convince people.
- Possesses a clean driving record
- Fluently speaks English and French
- Requires a post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales or a related. A college or university degree is a plus.
