- **Job Summary**
- **Responsibilities**
- Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, brine applicators or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
- Shovel, snow blow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
- Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations and guidelines and Clintar standards are followed and met.
- Responsible for site service, team performance, meeting budgets and working with HR to ensure proper staff levels are maintained.
- **Qualifications**
- Clean and valid G driver’s license
- On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November - April
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Previous team lead experience preferred
- Prior snow/brine experience is an asset
