En tant qu'agent(e) d'entretien, vous serez responsable du maintien de la propreté et de l'exécution de diverses tâches de nettoyage dans des installations commerciales. Responsabilités:

- Nettoyer et désinfecter les zones désignées, y compris les bureaux, les résidences, les toilettes, les salles de repos et les espaces communs.
- Épousseter les meubles, les équipements et les accessoires.
- Passer l'aspirateur sur les tapis et balayer/laver les sols.
- Vider les poubelles et remplacer les sacs.
- Reconstituer les fournitures dans les toilettes et les salles de repos.
- Suivre les procédures de nettoyage établies et les directives de sécurité.
- Signaler tout besoin d'entretien ou de réparation au superviseur.
- Respecter les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité.

Qualifications:

- Une expérience antérieure dans le nettoyage commercial ou l'entretien des installations est préférable.
- Connaissance des produits, techniques et équipements de nettoyage.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et efficace.
- Grande attention aux détails.
- Bonnes compétences en communication.
- Endurance physique pour effectuer des tâches répétitives et soulever des objets lourds si nécessaire.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing various cleaning tasks in commercial facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, residences, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
