Coordinates with teammates and assists the team leads/managers to carry out activities as per the production processes of Diebec. Understands the importance of the activity/task undertaken in the manufacturing processes and supports the team leads/managers to ensure that set standards (quality) are achieved within the work area.

Rubber Installer
- Read and interpret technical parameters/ documentation, plan and organize work processes, identify necessary materials and tools.
- Perform tasks with due consideration to safety rules, accident prevention regulations and environmental protection stipulations.
- Document the technical parameter related to the task undertaken.
- Able to work in a standing position and carry dies on the assigned table.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, under stress and meet tight deadlines.
- Keep the workspace clean at all times.
- Supply the floor and arrange the materials in order.
- Process with programming files and rubbing the dies
- Able to operate and maintain the machine (the daily maintenance - ex: (changing blade))
- Empty the garbage.
- All other duties and tasks assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
