**_ Requirements:_**
- Must be able to travel to Waterloo Region
- Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to communicate and take direction
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities
- Ability to recognize, communicate and eliminate hazards

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Strips, excavates, backfills, ditches, and stockpiles material
- Interprets information on grade stakes
- Coordination and compliance of deep digs
- Inspects and maintains the equipment
- Performs other tasks as needed
- Complies with Company Safety Program
- Organization of project details, locates, performance objectives
- Communication of any discrepancy
- Ability to plan ahead
- Cognitively aware of job tasks and planning

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work 10-14hours a day

**Work Location**: Mostly Waterloo Region some travel in Southern Ontario
