**As Beer Store Supervisor, You Will**
- Supervise and co-ordinate Beer Store staff
- Assign staff to duties and prepare work schedules
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Provide recommendations based on customers' stated preferences, needs and desires
- Respond to customer questions
- Conduct sales transactions
- Other duties as required
**Who You Are**
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests, and the community
- Passion for learning - you will gain knowledge
**What You Bring**
- Responsible beverage certificate is required
- Previous bartending/serving experience
- Experience working in a supervisory role is an asset
- Customer service experience
