The PEIBC Taproom & Eventsteam has established themselves as industry leaders in full-service cateringand events on PEI—hosting everything from intimate gatherings to large-scaleproductions for over 500 guests. Whether serving a bustling taproom or aprivate function, the team consistently exceeds expectations with creativity,professionalism, and a passion for great beer and great hospitality. Taproom & Events Supervisor The Taproom & EventsSupervisor plays a key role in ensuring every guest experience ismemorable—whether in our taproom, at a private event, or during offsiteservice. This hybrid role combines hands‑on service with leadershipresponsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiencesacross all areas of the business. You might be serving a privateevent one night and leading the taproom team as the closing supervisor next. In both settings, your focus is the same: supporting your team, exceedingguest expectations, and upholding the PEIBC standard of excellence. As Supervisor, You Will: Maintain a high level of guestservice across both taproom and event operations Create a fun, collaborative, and respectful environment for all team members Lead by example through active participation in service, including bartending and event service as required Supervise and support the team during shifts, including opening, mid, and closing responsibilities Ensure all key duties are assigned, completed, and aligned with service standards Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care Train, coach, and motivate team members on service standards, event execution, and operational procedures Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless experiences for guests and clients Monitor and maintain inventory, placing orders for products and supplies as needed Contribute ideas to improve operations, guest service, and team efficiency Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed at all times Perform other related duties as assigned Who You Are A confident, adaptable leader who thrives in both structured taproom service and dynamic event environments Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills A hands‑on supervisor who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed Passionate about hospitality, craft beer, and creating exceptional guest experiences What You Bring A positive, team-first attitudeand a desire for personal and professional growth 2–3 years of experience inhospitality Previous supervisory or leadership experience is considered a strong asset Strong communication andorganization skills, with an eye for detail Proficiency with Microsoft Officeand Point of Sale systems A flexible schedule, includingevenings, weekends, and event shifts What We Offer Competitive wages Health, vision, and dentalbenefits Growth and professionaldevelopment opportunities Discounts at local shops andrestaurants A dynamic and supportive teamenvironment #J-18808-Ljbffr
