**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate production orders based on customer needs and priorities
- Communicate with production supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability
- Track shipments and delivery timelines
- Update and maintain work orders, schedules, and progress reports
- Collaborate with warehouse and production departments
- Assist with cross-border dispatching and logistics documentation
- Perform general office duties related to production coordination
- Support customer service by following up on work order status and timelines

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with **Microsoft Excel** and general computer systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience in scheduling, production planning, or logistics is an asset
- Knowledge of cross-border shipping practices is a plus
