Friends of Chinook Regional Hospital are looking for a Casual Service Clerk to work on Saturdays and on an as needed basis in the Gift Shop at Chinook Regional Hospital. Position is casual on an as needed basis.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Service Clerk is required to act as a cashier and clerk in the Gift Shop. This position is also responsible for circulating throughout the nursing units renting bedside televisions and telephone lines to patients.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

**Carries out the day to day operation of the Gift Shop as directed by the Executive Director.**

**Assist with the merchandising of product lines in the Gift Shop.**

**Assist with the supervision and scheduling of Gift Shop volunteers.**

**Onboarding and training new volunteers and service clerks.**

**Providing ongoing support to volunteers.**

**Performs duties as a cashier as needed in the gift shop.**

**Perform and execute the TV/Telephone rental program. **Must be able to lift and move short distances a TV attached to arm weighing 35 lb's.**

**Demonstrate responsible organizational behavior and maintain self-development.**

**Provide excellent customer service to all gift shop customers.**

**Cleaning and maintaining displays within the gift shop. Dusting and facing shelves as needed.**

**Perform other related duties as may be requested from Executive Director.**
