This role is crucial to supporting and expanding our technology infrastructure and providing exceptional service to our corporate office and over 60 locations across Canada. **WHAT YOU BRING**
- 3-5 years’ experience in IT Systems Administration.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Intune, Cisco Meraki network equipment, Microsoft 365 services, and Azure infrastructure.
- Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, or Cisco Meraki are advantageous.

**WHAT YOU DO**

As the Systems Administrator, you will support our corporate and operational technology infrastructure by:

- Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Intune, Cisco Meraki equipment, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services.
- Implementing IT security policies and conducting regular audits.
- Providing second-level technical support to resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests.
- Monitoring systems proactively and ensuring compliance with security standards and practices.
- Documenting IT infrastructure, processes, and issue resolutions clearly and accurately.
- Participating in IT project planning, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Assisting with infrastructure solution design and providing expert technical advice.

**OTHER**
- Generate and deliver IT compliance reports and audits.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability management and incident response.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff as needed.
- Other duties and special projects as directed by the VP, Strategic IT Services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
