**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards.
- Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining project integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in site supervision within the ICI construction sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, safety regulations, and Ontario Building Code.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience using site management software is an asset.
