**Junior Site Superintendent**

We are looking for a Junior Site Superintendent who has on site experience and is capable of managing the day to day activities on custom home job sites. Your role will be to monitor the daily activities on site(s) and report to the Construction Manager.

**Daily Duties**
- Open and close construction site(s)
- Enforce safety guidelines as set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor project progress and ensure all work is being carried out according to specifications.
- Communicate any issues on site with Construction Manager and work toward resolution
- Maintain a clean job site at all times, know when to request additional support from labourers.
- Work closely with Construction Manager, trades, and subcontractors to maintain project progress, uphold quality, and maintain schedule.
- Assist Construction Management with on site support.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 1-3 Years of on site low rise residential construction experience
- Formal education in construction management or construction engineering will be considered an asset
- Must be fluent in the English language
- Full G Drivers Licence Required

- French not required
