A subsidiary of ours is currently seeking Seasonal Laborer who will be responsible for assisting with general groundskeeping and yard maintenance projects for various properties.

**Responsibilities include**:

- General lawn and garden care
- Cutting grass, planting flowers, trimming, and pruning
- Assisting with fence painting and repair as required
- Operating various lawn care tools
- Completing other maintenance related project work
- Adhering to all company safety policies at all times
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Class 5 license is an asset
- Ability to safely operate a variety of equipment
- Ability to lift, carry heavy objects, perform repetitive tasks and meet the physical demands of the position
- Desire to work outdoors in various types of weather conditions
- Strong active listening skills, and ability to take directions and put them into action
- Willingness to help in other areas as needed; adhering to company safety policies and and work in a drug and alcohol-free environment
