This is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to further their career in the fashion industry. Reporting to the Import Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with factories, following-up on lab dips, fits, pre-production samples, etc., involved in resolving any production problems, creating import quote sheets to buyers and issuing purchase orders, breakdowns sheets.

**Production Coordinator, Job Highlights**:

- Prepare import quote sheets;
- Daily communication with overseas vendors;
- Follow up fit, pre-production samples and shipment samples, lab dip and bulk fabric;
- Issue purchase orders and breakdown sheet to vendors;
- Follow up on shipping status to ensure goods are delivered on time;
- Work with buyers for approvals of garments.

**Production Coordinator, Key Qualifications of Position**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience with garment import production;
- Knowledge of overseas vendor manufacturing process;
- Understanding of fabrication;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Well organized and detail oriented;
- Able to work under strict deadlines;
- Good communication skills, verbal and written;
- Strong command of the English language is required.
