Sales/marketing Representative

**Position Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team full-time. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven individual who excels at closing sales while also driving our marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and revenue.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales (Primary Focus)**
- Engage with customers to understand their design needs and lifestyle preferences
- Present furniture, lighting, and decor solutions with enthusiasm and expertise
- Prepare quick, accurate pricing quotes and professional presentations
- Close sales effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

**Marketing & Social Media**
- Lead all social media strategy and content creation across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Curate and post visually compelling content that showcases our products and design aesthetic
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase store visibility
- Create engaging stories, reels, and posts that drive customer engagement and sales
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales
- Track marketing and social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify new opportunities to reach potential customers in the community
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices in the design industry

**Administrative**
- Create polished client presentations efficiently
- Maintain organized customer files and follow-up systems
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner

**Required Qualifications**

**Essential Skills**
- Proven sales ability with a strong track record of closing deals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and dynamic personality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently on pricing and presentations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

**Marketing & Social Media Skills**
- Strong visual eye for aesthetics, composition, and styling
- Proven experience managing social media accounts with engaging, professional content
- Proficient at creating visually appealing posts, stories, and marketing materials
- Understanding of photography and styling for product and interior showcases
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing content
- Understanding of local market dynamics
- Comfortable with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

**Passion & Knowledge**
- Genuine passion for interior design and home decor
- Understanding of design principles and current trends (formal design training not required)
- Ability to discuss furniture, lighting, and decor with confidence
- Eye for aesthetics and spatial relationships
