**Key Competencies**

Reporting to the VP Operations, responsible for the direction of company office and factory operations including;
- Creation of specific targets per department that meet overall company objectives and complete gap analyses as needed for corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with the VP Operations to manage budgets, review weekly forecasts, capital expenditures, headcounts, and general operational costs
- Planning, integration, and execution of all production schedules, manpower planning, inventory controls, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and customer service
- Lead management teams to ensure process improvements in methods, productivity, and quality, while reducing costs
- Oversee and approve all trainings of department employees to company standards and principles, including coaching project management teams on successful installation and execution of projects
- Develop and maintain positive employment relations and ensure open communication with all employees
- Ensure company actions are meeting ESA, OHSA, WSIB, and all other relevant legislation

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5+ Years Experience in an Engineering and/or Operational role **required**

Minimum 2+ Years Experience in a General and/or Plant Management role **required**

Small batch custom manufacturing experience **required**

Bachelor's Degree is a relevant Engineering field strongly preferred (Civil, Structural, Industrial, or Mechanical), or a relevant Business Degree

Working background in Construction industry, and proven Construction production knowledge an asset

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and multi-disciplinary team leadership skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

In-depth knowledge of business and management principles such as; budgeting, strategy planning, resource management and general HR knowledge
