As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Landscape Construction Estimator** to join our dynamic team.

**Position Summary**:
The Landscape Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and competitive bids for high-end residential and commercial landscaping projects. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape construction practices, materials, and costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret landscape design plans, specifications, and related documents.
- Perform take-offs and develop cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients during the pre-construction phase.
- Prepare detailed bid proposals and participate in bid presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, market trends, and construction methods.
- Support project transitions from estimating to project management.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in landscape construction estimating or related field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction materials, methods, and equipment.
- Proficient in reading landscape plans and technical drawings.
- Experience with estimating software (e.g., LMN, Aspire, or similar) preferred.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
