**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Perform various landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, planting, and irrigation system maintenance, as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and addressing any repair or maintenance needs promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, providing recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, promoting a positive work environment and fostering teamwork among crew members.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in landscape maintenance, including knowledge of industry best practices and techniques. (mandatory)
- Proven leadership and time management skills abilities, with experience in supervising and motivating a team and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
- Valid G-Driving license is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East York, ON M4G 1Y9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
