Your Team**:

- Join the Maintenance Planning team at Flair as a Technical Records Coordinator, where precision and organization are essential to supporting safe and efficient aircraft operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the technical library, including aircraft manuals, maintenance publications, and other critical documentation. In this role, you will ensure all technical records are accurately organized, current, and compliant with regulatory standards, playing a key part in supporting maintenance and operational teams. You’ll work independently in a hangar, storeroom, or office environment and may occasionally travel to support documentation needs at other locations. Physical tasks may include prolonged standing, reaching, bending, and climbing, all performed with a strong focus on safety and detail.
- This position is based on-site at our Calgary, AB (YYC) office.

A Day in the Life**:

- As a Technical Records Coordinator, you will:

- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date online technical library of aircraft and maintenance documentation for use by company personnel and approved vendors
- Track and manage all technical publications using the library database, implementing effective systems for inventory control and version management
- Ensure timely distribution of technical manuals, publications, and revisions across the organization to support operational accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the distribution, collection, assembly, and replacement of all maintenance-related manuals and technical documents.
- Monitor and update all company manuals, aircraft technical publications, STC provider/manufacturer manuals, and service bulletins to ensure revision compliance.
- Manage user access to MyBoeingFleet and other OEM portals for authorized company employees.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of aircraft technical records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Perform spot checks and audits of completed log pages, work packages, and work cards, with a focus on Service Bulletin (SB) and Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of Minimum Equipment List (MEL) extension activity and ensure documentation is retained per regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the records inventory using an Access database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Organize, compile, and prepare records for secure transfer to off-site storage facilities.
- Coordinate storage and retrieval of records with off-site vendors, maintaining proper documentation and tracking.

What You Bring to the Role**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

** Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Technical Library or Aircraft Records environment.
- Hands-on experience conducting audits and quality checks on technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of aircraft manuals, technical publications, and regulatory documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience with computer-based maintenance software; familiarity with AMOS is considered an asset.

- Solid analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.
