Live-in Resident Manager

We currently have an opportunity available on our team for a customer-focused, energetic live-in Resident Manager for our location at Lakefront Apartments. If you enjoy cleaning, interacting with others and are competent in doing light maintenance work, this may be the role for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cleaning, shared on call duties
- Tenant relations, inquires and rental calls
- Snow shoveling of steps/sidewalks during winter months
- Building and maintaining positive professional tenant relationships
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong computer skills using MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision;
- Previous experience with Property Management industry and/or as a building superintendent is an asset
