If you share our values and would like to work with a skilled professional team, The Armour Group is presently seeking a **Live-In Assistant Resident Manager** for our South Tower and 5800 South properties. Located in close proximity to one another, South Tower is comprised of 99 units, and 5800 South is comprised of 70 units. Both buildings are located in the south end of Halifax.

**Compensation**:
Reporting to the Residential Properties Manager, the Live-In Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for the overall appearance, maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings. **This role will belong to a rotating schedule which includes 2 overnight on call shifts per week, shifts every second weekend, statutory holiday coverage, and vacation coverage.**

Residential building management experience and knowledge of the Nova Scotia Residential Tenancy Act is considered an asset. Experience with minor maintenance work and repairs, familiarity with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems is considered an asset, as is previous experience working with trade contractors on complex maintenance, repair and grounds keeping issues. A positive and professional attitude is a must.
