Located in the heart of Langford, City Centre Park offers the biggest entertainment and social venue on the Island. It's home to a dynamic sports-themed bar/restaurant, a 10 pin bowling alley, a vibrant outdoor patio, a mini-golf course, a retro-styled arcade, and so much more It's safe to say that we have something for everyone

City Centre Grille and Patio 37 are at the heart of the customer experience as they provide a mouthwatering dining experience to our guests. Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner.
- Please note that weekend availability is mandatory.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily preparation of food items in all areas of the kitchen in accordance with established food safety protocols.
- Create dishes according to established recipes, portioning parameters, and presentation standards.
- Clean and sanitize work areas in accordance with established cleanliness and sanitization protocols. This includes dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and other tasks as required.
- Additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager.

Please note that a valid Food Safe certificate is required and must be obtained upon hire.
