**YOUR MISSION**
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for carrying out general interior and exterior maintenance work in addition to their administrative management. You will have to ensure the safety, quality and hygiene of the installations and will have to ensure that the site and the installations are clean, adequate and functional at all times.
**YOUR DAY TO DAY**
- Open the facilities daily (starting and cleaning saunas, spas, steam baths) and ensure that everything is functional;
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the site at all times and carry out housework if necessary;
- Perform the tasks of the site agent position as needed (cleaning, snow removal, water testing, guide for customers, etc.);
- Coordinate and carry out building mechanics and machinery tasks according to the upkeep and maintenance plan;
- Carry out various minor work and repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting;
- Validate department expenses with the director;
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors;
- Place orders and track orders;
- Supervise and mobilize the maintenance and site team;
- Recruit, train and ensure the quality of the work of maintenance and site employees;
- Ensure the administrative management of the department: working hours, leave and vacation requests, performance evaluations, updating employee files, payroll, etc. ;
- Work jointly with the Customer Service Supervisor based on common tasks;
- Coordinate your work with other spa departments.

**YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS**
- DEP in general building maintenance or relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the field of swimming pools, water basins or spas (an asset);
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Very good organizational skills, great resourcefulness and maturity;
- Rigor, attention to detail and concern for a job well done;
- Curiosity and intuition (must enjoy finding and solving mechanical problems).

**YOUR SCHEDULE**
- Permanent full-time position (35-40 hours/week);
- Working hours Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.;
- Available on call outside of his schedule to support or help other team members as needed;
- **Start of position: beginning of June.**
