**Overview**:
- If you’re passionate about helping people live their best lives, love the idea of working in a stunning mountain setting, and want the freedom to hit the slopes every day, you could be a perfect fit for the Castle Mountain Resort team as a Staff Accommodation Coordinator or Supervisor.
- These roles are highly rewarding and play a vital part in creating a positive, respectful living environment for our Canadian and international staff. As the primary point of contact for residents in staff accommodations, you’ll help foster community, ensure accountability, and navigate the occasional challenge in a dynamic residential setting.
**What We Offer**:

- This is a seasonal position with a potential to start immediately until mid-April
- Opportunity to live and work in the beautiful Southern Alberta Rocky Mountains
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Building Maintenance Superintendent to ensure property upkeep
- Support residents in accordance with the Tenant Agreement Contract
- Conduct nightly security walkthroughs of common areas and trailers
- Attend regular meetings with fellow supervisors and HR to report incidents, concerns, and requests
- Participate in resident meetings and assist in conflict mediation
- Maintain accurate records of resident incidents and facility issues
- Ensure fire lanes and exits are clear (including snow shoveling)
- Clean shared spaces: hallways, laundry room, and common areas
- Track and manage resident charges (e.g., replacement keys)
- Distribute cleaning supplies weekly or as needed
- Assist with emergency coordination and resident safety
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures and document signing
- Suggest improvements to policies and procedures
**Qualifications**:
- Previous maintenance experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and confident with firm boundaries
- Passion for snow sports and mountain living
- Experience in residential or communal living environments
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to mediate tense situations collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid First Aid certification
- Clear criminal record check
**Where We Are**:
- Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees. **Work Conditions**:
- Snow shoveling
- Walking and climbing stairs during building rounds
- Heavy cleaning duties at the beginning and end of the winter season
- Must be able to lift at least 20lbs
- May be required to assist in managing resident or facility emergencies
- Occasional travel may be required
