The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting PM's including startup, obtaining building permits, preparing tenders, budgets, estimates and construction schedules. The PM will communicate professionally with owners, clients, consultants, in-house and external construction personnel to ensure project construction is executed on time, on budget and adhering to project specifications.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist with project startup, project ERP & SWAP, ECO, TAS, initial schedule applicable permits and agreements.
- Assist with construction schedules, change orders, RFI ‘s, progressing and monthly client reporting requirements.
- Observe that Work Safe Practices are being followed during site visits. Complete management site visit from in Nektar
- Maintain rapport with clients
- Assist with project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success.
- Establish and deliver mechanisms for tracking project progress and reporting to General Manager. (B2W track and MS Projects)
- Closely monitor the efforts and billing of third-party workers, such as consultants, contractors, and other specialists.
- Interface with client representatives
- Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to.
- Interpret policies as required.
- Perform additional assignments per PM direction.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Previous experience in Project Management and Construction
- First Aid
- GPS - Trimble Knowledge and Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
