**Title: Product Pricing Coordinator**

**Description**

The incumbent will prepare pricing and detailed product information for Jonview’s suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the accurate and effective loading and costing of Jonview’s single-component products, ensuring there is a signed contract for each supplier.
- Accurately compare rates, terms, and conditions and communicate clearly to Contracting Managers
- Accurately load single (and multi-component packages if required) into the operating system in a timely manner according to department procedures.
- Make appropriate checks and follow the proofing procedures to ensure absolute accuracy within deadlines, in order to fully transact business.
- Answer queries from all departments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Other departmental projects as required.

**Position Requirements**
- Education: College Diploma
- Experience in costing is required
- 1 to 2 years Travel/Tourism/Hotel industry experience
- Knowledge of computer systems and data entry
- Language: English. Other languages are an asset.
- Software: Computer literacy (Word and Excel)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
