**Position Description**:
Perform Shipping, Receiving and Material Handling of materials outside of the production area (e.g. raw materials and finished goods).

**Essential Functions**:

- Prepares orders for shipment.
- Maintains accurate stock locations.
- Inputs bin location of pallets in the computer.
- Responsible for all paperwork in the shipping department.
- Responsible for receiving raw material.
- Maintain accurate stock locations.
- Operates clamp truck and supply rolls to the sheeter.
- Responsible for all receiving paperwork and for receiving items in computer.
- Transport recycle bins to and from dock area.
- Unload corrugated from truck.
- General clean up.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Attends and participates in ongoing training.
- Not limited to and including other duties as assigned.

**Lead Hand -**
- Interact with Scheduling as required.
- Interact with CSRs as required.
- Interact with Drivers as required.
- Schedule Couriers/Trucks in emergency situations (i.e. if potential for missed deliveries).
- Support and train other personnel in department as required and execute EAP.
- Responsible for clearing snow and salting entries in shipping and receiving and the propane tank storage area.
- Communicate with Courtney Park Shipping Department to coordinate shipping/receiving

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Grade 12 or acceptable experience.
- On-the-job training required and/or related experience.

**Skills and Physical Requirement**:

- Employees must be both familiar and able to adhere to company safety policies and government legislation (i.e. Occupational Health and Safety Act).
