**As a Health & Safety Coordinator, YOU will experience**:

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
- Provide admin assistance to H&S team by handling all incoming calls and inquiries, mail/fax, maintain department filing system and processing invoices and contracts
- Updates new employee information in respective H&S program in addition to preparing onboarding packages
- Qualify & collect contractor information and documents for Toromont Cat job sites
- Coordinate distribution of safety material to all branch locations
- Update H&S training records and review incidents in Health & Safety Reporting System to ensure timely and accurate completion of investigation and corrective actions

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Minimum post-secondary education
- 2 years of experience in an administrative position
