Report to the maintenance planning superintendent, plan and schedule Power Distribution & Infrastructure maintenance work, internal projects, as well as working closely with other maintenance planners on supporting timely and necessary repairs on Power Distribution and Infrastructure.

Main Accountabilities:

- Provide technical/operational input into maintenance procedures and systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Effective and thorough capability in the utilization of SAP maintenance management computer system.
- Collaborate with necessary department resources to develop work scope, create accurate plans for the scheduling and manpower forecasting.
- Reviews and prioritizes maintenance work requests with other team members.
- Principle contact and liaison between the maintenance department and operations groups and ensuring maintenance service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment availability and performance.
- Review work request for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work, realistic completion date, proper lead time, correct equipment identification, proper charge number (if applicable), proper authorization, and discuss details with originator of the work order.
- Actively participate in planning and scheduling meeting with operation partners to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary time leads.
- Continuously improve job estimates, maintenance processes, planning, and scheduling by receiving feedback from maintenance supervisors, maintenance leads, production supervisors, engineers and production planners.
- Compile, update, and distribute backlog reports and other mandated control reports KPI.
- Complete a weekly maintenance schedule and 4-week rolling plan.
- Create and continually update maintenance programs and schedules and equipment parts lists (BOMs).

Main Qualifications:

- College Diploma-**Preferred**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in facility maintenance
- Proficient working knowledge of SAP computer maintenance management system
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Proficient working knowledge of Prometheus-**Preferred**:

- Planning and scheduling training course certification-**Preferred**:

- An applicable facility maintenance trades certification-**Preferred**
