Dorigo Systems Ltd. is currently looking to hire an experienced Production Planning and Control Team Lead to join our growing team Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Production Planning and Control Team Lead will plan, schedule and oversee the execution of every job on the production floor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the customer’s account management, engineering, purchasing and the production teams, put together a master production plan to meet the customers’ needs on time and delivery requirements.
- Generate manufacturing schedules using the best combination of tools and systems based on materials, labour, equipment and technical constraints
- Actively manage the release and movement of work orders through all manufacturing operations
- Identify and proactively communicate the risks of delays due to labour and material bottlenecks, and produce corrective action plans in conjunction with respective departments to meet customers requirements
- In collaboration with functional leadership, generate, monitor, analyze, and report on key planning performance metrics and provide regular updates
- Provide continuous improvement suggestions for the planning and reporting processes
- Assist with the development, documentation, and implementation of Dorigo Systems procedures and standards

**Credentials & Experience**
- 5+ years planning experience in high mix low volume manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management is an asset
- Experience with resource planning system
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management is a plus
- Experience in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry will be an advantage;
- Exceptional customer service orientation and great abilities in tracking and complying with tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and work efficiently
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
- Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain systems and their impact on planning
- Strong understanding of shop floor control, capacity planning and MRP;
- Competent with computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
