**Purpose**:
The Equipment Tracking Assistant will assist the Manager, Information and Learning Infrastructure and Technical Equipment Analyst with day-to-day responsibilities including, but not limited to inventory, clerical, administrative, and technical support.

**Experience**:
1 year of experience providing administrative support in an office environment.

**Skills**:
Skills Required:

- Effective computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel. Ability to deal courteously and effectively with people. - Ability to work independently and to perform effectively in a team. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Effective organizational skills, including setting priorities and working effectively under pressure of high volume. - Proven accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Strong judgment and initiative skills. - Knowledge of Halo ticketing system is an asset.
