I expect you to manage the team, ensuring productivity and the quality of the services provided: **Here are your main responsibilities**: - Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities - Order management - Complaint management - Handling customer requests - Follow-up on issues - Implement and monitor performance indicators - Organize the work and ensure that employees understand their assigned duties or tasks (Work plan and succession planning) - Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and support - Communicate information from upper management to employees and vice versa **Manage the customer service team**: - Leave - Vacation - Performance evaluations (with HR Manager) - Development plans (with HR Manager) - Recruit and onboard new employees - Coach team members on a weekly basis - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Ensure the Customer Service team delivers excellent customer service SPTN
