**Essential Functions**:

- Oversee all aspects of shipping, ensure all documentation for incoming and outgoing goods are complete.
- Coordinate all unloading and loading of all products.
- Ensure all products are verified inspected against purchase orders, and ensure all discrepancies have been reported.
- Ensure the team you are supervising is on track to meet goals
- Conduct daily warehouse tours for safety, production and deliveries.
- Participate in daily meetings with warehouse team.
- Analyze reports and make adjustments to always maintain efficient production and deliveries.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing (shipping)
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Proven experience in training and motivating staff to ensure all employees are meeting expectations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ERP Software and SAP/Produmex.
- Exceptional problem solver with an excellent attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 1 year (preferred).
- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred).
