**Overview**

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Vancouver HQ This role will report to the Inbound & Customs Logistics Manager and will be a key player in being the bridge between our Logistics and Customer Care teams. You will also be responsible for administrative support when it comes to inventory, claims, on-time delivery, checking warehouse on-hand, and resolving any issues related to logistics, supply chain, or customer care.

**This is a part-time (20 hours/week), 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on business needs. Vancouver HQ hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate with the Customer Care team to answer questions regarding the status of orders, cancellation requests, and any other follow-ups
- Reconcile the inventory check among different systems (ERP and WMS)
- Collect and analyze data in relation to On-Time delivery, SLA compliance, and order accuracy
- Support with duty drawback claims
- Submit claims with the warehouse and transportation company
- Support the Logistics team to ensure the expedient movement of goods
- Identify and resolve any logistics related issues when they arise
- Support the development of policies, procedures, and processes
- Propose improvements to the current supply chain that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Eagerness to gain experience in the logistics and/or supply chain field
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset
- Strong proficiency with MS Office especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
