Assist in the purchase of electrical/mechanical equipment. Manage and support multiple clients.

Reports to: Supply Chain Product Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:

- Technical and contractual support for business units and internal staff.
- Assist Supply Chain Product Managers maintain and update the Turner Logistics bid tabs, coordination matrices, and scopes of work.
- Assist in monthly operations calls.
- Proficient in SAP. Provide SAP support to business units and resolve issues related to SAP.
- Provide initial response to SAR's.
- Support business units with RFP's.
- Attend factory witness tests.
- Prequalify and set up vendors in SAP.
- Create vendor specific review documents for Supply Chain Manager review.
- Maintain Excel sheets for all issued contracts.
- Assist the Logistics Manager with vendor pricing solicitation and assist Supply Chain Product Manager in bid evaluation.
