Business Analyst

America Fujikura Limited (AFL) is looking for a dynamic **Business Analyst **to support continuous improvement within our service operations.

**HERE'S THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE AND WHAT WE'LL ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER**:
As a **Business Analyst** with our service operations, you are responsible for the overall continuous improvement within Premise Services, including engaging with key stakeholders, assessing system utilization, setting up queries and reports, conducting statistical review and developing communication modules
- Each day, this multi-faceted opportunity will keep you busy with value-add activities including:_
- Provide timely, insightful analysis to enable effective strategic, and operational decision-making
- Assimilating work production and quality data from various client systems for internal consumption and reporting
- Deliver KPI and SLA reporting for ongoing business performance management
- Analyze business performance to identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in existing processes
- Identify improvement opportunities based on strategic plans and priorities, including:

- Engaging stakeholders to understand operational issues and enhance operational processes;
- Using a variety of techniques to gather and validate needs and requirements
- Developing business cases, defining project deliverables, and initiating improvement projects
- Assess business readiness for proposed and expected changes by:

- Identifying, and analyzing the associated risks and potential impacts to the organization and its stakeholders
- Present recommendations and reports to leadership for sponsorship and strategic decision-making
- Ensure business needs are correctly translated into functional requirements
- Capture and document workflows and process maps for the purpose of improving reliability, or assessing process improvement opportunities

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to scope out difficult tasks, set objectives and goals, develop schedules, prioritize multiple activities, and anticipate roadblocks.
- Able to manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years’ relevant experience in a business/data analysis capacity
- Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, Business/Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar
- Experience implementing reporting and business intelligence solutions
- Business analytics experience including business case development, requirements documentation, and business process analysis
- Knowledge of data and financial analysis fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to develop reports, presentations, and communications for various audiences (ability to write in both technical and plain English)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Power BI, Excel, Teams, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Word

**Work Location and Working Condition**:

- Flexible, hybrid (remote/onsite) role
- 40 hours/week, with general hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Some travel may be required
