**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct and install wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as required for framing tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete framing projects.
- Engage in concrete forming as necessary for structural support.
- Operate heavy equipment safely on job sites when required.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with concrete forming processes is advantageous.
- Strong skills in operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Previous experience in carpentry or related fields is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.45-$30.65 per hour
