**Job Summary**:
The Service Advisor is the Dealership’s front-line customer relations and service sales representative. The job involves handling customer service requests and concerns, meeting department service sales objectives while maintaining highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. The service advisor reports directly to the service manager.

**Responsibilities**:
- Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Listen to customers reasons for bringing their vehicle to the service department
- Offer appropriate services and repairs to satisfy customer requirements or concerns
- Provide accurate quotes for all services and repairs recommended
- Have a “Customer first” and “Fix it right the first time” mentality
- Confident in their approach with customers to negotiate win-win
- Conduct vehicle walk-around to record any vehicle damage and to check for any areas that may require attention such as lights, wipers and tires
- Obtain properly documented telephone approval for all additional needed repairs.
- Record lost service sales
- Meet or exceed retail sales objectives set by management
- Review repair orders to ensure the final price matches the quoted price
- Inspect every completed vehicle to ensure it is ready to be returned to customer
- Know and understand the distributor’s warranty policies and procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
**Qualifications**_**:_
- Valid Driver’s License with recent drivers abstract
- Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reynolds experience is an asset
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods
**Experience**:
- Automotive Service Advisor: 1-3 years (preferred)
- dealership: 2 year (preferred)
**Schedule**:
Initial working hours Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Weekend working hours 8:00am to 5:00pm (rotation basis) 4 days off in every pay-period Bi-Weekly.
**Salary**: $32,000.00-$78,593.82 per year
