**Job description**

Century Honda in Bible Hill, N.S. is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. We are a growing company with multiple dealerships and looking to add energetic, dynamic people to our business who are looking for a career and the opportunities to grow within the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Generate repair orders and schedule appointments for service
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes is an asset
- Previous experience in a service advisor or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively explain complex technical information to customers
- Proven sales ability and experience with upselling products or services
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures is a plus

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your mechanical knowledge, sales skills, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our dealership.
