The progressive pharmacy department has a commitment to patient care, patient safety and continuous learning. The Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Pharmacy in developing and maintaining excellence in clinical pharmacy evidence-based programs, departmental & corporate medication policies/procedures and a cost-effective medication formulary that provides patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
